Booking Policy

# Payment Details #

At the time of your booking request, the full quoted amount will be blocked / authorised on your credit card. Only when the booking is confirmed will the credit card be charged (for Instant Availability bookings this is at the time of the booking request). Payment transactions on the WellBooking website are encrypted by a secure payment system endorsed by some of the world's leading banks and our site is verified by VISA and MASTER CARD.
This our system have secure server (SSL1024 Bits) By Eqifax secure.
This technically secure environment ensures that credit card details cannot be intercepted and are not revealed to anyone other than to financial institutions required to process payment instructions from the customer.
My payment system currently accepts the following payment methods:
Visa Master Card and Amex JCB.
There is no charge, no fee to use our booking service for hotel reservations.
For some instances WellBooking shall send by email the Credit Card Authorisation form; you must return the completed Credit Card Authorisation form to WellBooking by fax along with a copy of the cardholder's passport and credit card showing the signatures in order to confirm and conclude the booking process. Where this has been requested, the booking shall not be considered confirmed until WellBooking has received the Authorisation.

# Booking cancellation and Modification #

You may cancel or modify your booking at any time prior to your arrival date. To cancel or amend a booking before arrival at the hotel please contact WellBooking by email, fax or telephone. To modify booking after arrival at the hotel please contact either Wellbooking.
A cancellation may result in refunds to you which will be made in the form of a credit to your credit card account. All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner (typically this takes 5 working days for the instruction to leave our bank). The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with your credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our bank it can take up to 14-21 Days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.



# Cancellations
#

A)If you cancel the reservation prior to your arrival date, you may be charged a cancellation charge. Wellbooking will refund you the amount paid under the contract minus any cancellation charges incurred by the accommodation provider. Typically, but not always :
cancellation more than 7 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 15USD ( Justice for Reservation service ) cancellation 7 days or Less preceding your check-in date : you pay 1 night per room charge. If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged.
Any cancellation policies dictated by the hotel will always supersede the typical cancellation policy stated above and those hotel policies will be set out in the confirmation email that you receive from WellBooking. In such case our Customer Service Agents will of course inform you clearly and completely. Otherwise it will follow the typical cancellation policy stated above.
Cancellation shall only come into force when confirmation of your cancellation is received by WellBooking, as opposed to when you send the cancellation notification to WellBooking. You shall be responsible for obtaining the confirmation and/or acknowledgement of receipt of the cancellation of the reservation by WellBooking.
Please note that the cancellation charge and/or period quoted refer to the time and date in the booked destination.
Reservations made via WellBooking may be cancelled by either party with no penalty whatsoever in the event of force majeure, such as, without restriction, war, revolution, acts of terrorism, closure of borders, epidemics, catastrophes which may affect the various destinations and, specifically, the location of the accommodation provider.
In the event that WellBooking, at its own discretion, considers that a booking has been made fraudulently, the booking shall be cancelled and the transaction value will be returned to the same Credit card used for the transaction or WellBooking will wait until the credit card issuing a bank deduct the money from WellBooking in the form of a Chargeback.
B)Cancellation after the check-in date (or cancellation deadline date) cannot be refundable due to hotel policy.
In some cases, cancellation deadline is longer than 7 days one-night-charge period. Cancellation deadline date is fixed, by the hotels, and the general cancellation policy will not be applied for the reservation which is made during a certain special periods, e.g. Christmas, New Year or special events, trade fairs, etc. In such situations we will inform you correspondingly and give you a certain number of extra days to either accept or reject this special condition. Failure to react before the expiry of this extension period will automatically cancel the reservation. Reaction within this period will results in the normal continuation of the reservation process.



# Important
#

Throughout the year, some accommodation providers may change name or trading name, which shall not be construed as a change of accommodation or modification/amendment of the reservation. Any accommodation ratings and/or categories have been provided by the accommodation providers and are in accordance with local regulations applicable to each country. Therefore accommodation in one country may not be similar in terms of services and quality to accommodation in another, despite stating that it is of the same category or rating. WellBooking will advise you of any information supplied by the accommodation provider regarding the existence and duration of any refurbishment or renovation works within the accommodation. Since WellBooking is merely acting as an agent in passing on information supplied by the accommodation provider, WellBooking will not accept any claim from you regarding refurbishment or renovation work of which Wellbooking has not been advised or which extends beyond the planned date of conclusion.


# Modifications
#

Modifications involving a partial cancellation, amendment or reduction in number of nights within the timescale that cancellation fees apply, may also be subject to cancellation expenses in line with the hotel cancellation policy. Any shortened stays on the hotel will be subject to 10% of the amount refunded to you (plus any additional cancellation charges in line with the hotel cancellation policy).
Modifications to extend the reserved period shall be subject to availability and any increase in price will be charged and become payable immediately



# Changes to and cancellation of your booking by the accommodation provider
#

If there is a change to or cancellation of your booking, WellBooking will pass on the new details to you together with any compensation that the accommodation provider may offer. As agent only for the accommodation provider, WellBooking cannot accept any liability for any changes or cancellations made to your booking.
